“LaRocca Vineyards has officially introduced the first ever USDA certified organic Sparkling Wine with No Sulfites Detected. Made from a 100% estate grown Chardonnay grapes, it is a Brut Blanc de Blancs. Made here at LaRocca Vineyards we processed the Sparkle at a very traditional French Sparkling Wine House in Lower Lake, CA. It is Method Champenoise, which means that each bottle is sparkled on its own and it is not made in a tank. It is Hand Riddled to assure the highest of care for each bottle. LaRocca Vineyards Organic Sparkling Wine is made in the very traditional French style, however, made domestically, hence, honoring the French Region and calling it a CA Sparkling Wine.”
