"This wine comes from vineyards located in the village of Prisse in the Macon region of southern Burgundy. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks followed by 10 months aging on the lees and 3 months in the bottle before release. The wine has a brilliant, pale gold color. With floral aromas and citrus flavors which are balanced by a nice, taut, bracing minerality."
(Wine Importer's Notes)
Clear straw color with a brassy hue. Fresh apples in the aroma, and good, crisp white fruit in the mouth of juicy apples and pears. Medium-bodied, braced by a good, flinty acidity that provides classical structure and balance. A smooth, round finish and a delightful fruitiness that shines with a Gruyere omelet or cheese platter.
